At My Legalize we want you to have the best shopping experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you have the option of returning it within 14 business days of receiving it at your address.

Before making the return, the customer must notify My Legalize by email (indicating name and surname, order details and reason for return) to the email address [email protected]. Returns will not be accepted without prior communication, nor will returns to postage due be accepted as a general rule.

My Legalize will cover the return costs in the event of a shipping error or manufacturing defect. For this, My Legalize will take charge of the shipment and after verifying the validity of the error or manufacturing defect of the product, it will pay the amount equivalent to the shipping costs to the customer’s account. In the event that there is no manufacturing defect or shipping error, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to change or return their order within the aforementioned period of legal guarantee for the return of products.

Any potential refund will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the client or in the same form of payment that the client made on the order, within a maximum period of ten (10) working days.

Products excluded from our refund policy

There are certain products which we cannot accept in our refund policy, due to hygiene and safety issues, which include:

  • Vaporizers
  • Hookahs
  • Electronic cigarettes
  • Other items for personal use

In the event that one of these products presents a demonstrable manufacturing error, we will accept its return, as long as it is returned in its original packaging and with all its accessories, once its malfunction and packaging have been confirmed, we will proceed to make the return of amounts within a maximum period of ten (10) business days.

In the case of international shipments, the order tracking number (tracking number) assigned by the transport company must also be indicated.

If the product is suitable for return, you will receive an email within 24 hours with all the instructions to begin the process.

Do returns have a cost?

The return costs are assumed by the company, even if it is proven that the product has arrived damaged or is returned under warranty.
