The following terms and conditions are valid in any and all references belonging to My Legalize, its websites, service offers, orders and agreements. Belonging to Infinitum Fortuna SL, with headquarters at Carrer dels Escudellers 10 bis, 08002, Barcelona, Spain and existing under the applicable Spanish law of CNAE 4619 Intermediaries in the trade of various products.
By ordering, you accept all responsibilities related to the shipping and legality of your order. If you have any questions, consult your attorney. Please do not order any products that are illegal in your country. Please do not email us with legal questions. We do not make any claims as to the legal status of any product. Please check your country’s legal rights and import provisions before placing your order. We do not assume any responsibility for goods seized or damaged by customs.
Transport
All risks during transportation belong to the buyer. All damages caused during transit are the responsibility of the transport provider and it is he who should be addressed in case of lost goods. At the customer’s request, we can provide transportation insurance, at your expense.
Customers must examine delivered items for damage immediately. Complaints about damaged items and all other claims are only valid when they reach us in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
All delivery times are based on the assumption that there are no obstacles to timely delivery of an order. My Legalize is not responsible for such delays.
Please do not abuse our products in any way. Do not order if you are under 18 years of age. In no event shall My Legalize or its subsidiaries be liable for any damages or injuries caused by the ingestion, use, or misuse of any of the products that are distributed.
My Legalize is not responsible for the actions of its clients. By purchasing these products, you agree to everything in this disclaimer. My Legalize does not recommend breaking any laws.
My Legalize reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time and for any reason deemed valid. Such actions will be taken without notice or any liability.
All offers made by My Legalize are only valid when recognized and accepted by My Legalize. My Legalize is not required to provide you with information prior to the conclusion of the agreement. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Guarantee
Our warranty covers justifiable damage. In warranty cases we will repair or replace the item in question. If My Legalize considers that a return is justified by damage, it is obliged to deliver replacement products as soon as possible without the buyer being entitled to compensation for the damage.
The guarantee referred to in this article will not be applicable in the event that the defect has been totally or partially caused by incorrect, inappropriate, careless or incompetent use and/or if you have made any modification to the products.
My Legalize’s liability is limited to the warranty it provides for certain products. Liability for consequential damages will not be recognized. Please note that we cannot exchange or credit note items that have been used.
My Legalize cannot guarantee that the products ordered by you will not be seized by customs. If such is the case, My Legalize will not refund any payment to you.
Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the contract with CBD Cure within 14 days of delivery of the products, provided the products are still factory sealed. You are responsible for informing My Legalize by email and must return the products immediately.
My Legalize, after receiving and verifying the products in question, will issue a credit note for future purchases, or if there is a prior request, will issue a refund. Shipping costs to return the products will not be credited.
Returns made after the aforementioned time period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. My legalize must be informed before returning the products. Buyer is responsible for shipping and any damage sustained during transit.
Payment
In the event of non-payment, you will automatically be in default and will have to pay legal interest on the full amount invoiced as of the due date and all fees for collecting payments made by My Legalize. We also reserve the right to void all discounts immediately and add them to the invoice along with the bank interest.
Various
The foregoing terms comprise the entire agreement of the parties involved and supersede any prior agreements made with respect to the subject matter. If any part of the above terms and conditions is found to be invalid, this invalidity will have no effect on the rest of the terms and conditions and will therefore remain intact as is. There are special terms and conditions that can only be activated by the director of the company.
My Legalize reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions at any time. These modifications will take effect immediately after publication.
